Last night at the Palazzo Reale in Milan, organized by the Aldini Bariviera, the event “Friend of children, an example to them” took place, attended by many important personalities of Italian football, including also Zvonimir Boban, Chief Football Officer of Milan.
ZVONE SPEAKS – The Croatian has received the “Sporting Director Award” and, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport this morning, he spent very positive words from the stage towards Zlatan Ibrahimovic: “Ibrahimovic is a pure champion. He has a particular personality, a particular professionalism and he entered the locker room with a particular humility. I say this because I know the character and his impact strength. It wasn’t easy, but he found the perfect way to understand the atmosphere inside the locker room and the delicacy of the moment”. Important words have been spoken from Boban, followed by others equally significant towards Ibra: “We will be thankfull to Zlatan all his life because coming to us he had everything to risk. He has already done enough for Milan and he is still giving a lot for us”.
IBRA AND THE DERBY – In view of the derby on Sunday, the presence of the Swede on the pitch is still in doubt, but the Croatian manager himself thought to announce, in fact, his recovery for the match against Inter: “I think he will be in the derby, he already wanted to play against Verona. His impact has already been decisive”. Boban and all Milan are aware of the importance of Zlatan, who will have to try to guide the Rossoneri to victory even in the Milanese derby on Sunday evening.
