Milan are reportedly closing in on a deal to sign RB Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai.
After it emerged last week that Milan had begun working on Szoboszlai’s arrival, Le Bombe di Vlad has gone one step further this evening.
As per the website, there has been a sudden ‘acceleration’ on the Rossoneri’s part and negotiations are now at an increasingly-advanced stage.
It is claimed Ralf Rangnick is responsible for this swift turnaround, as Red Bull’s current head of sport and development and the next Milan manager.
There is no indication as to how much the Diavolo are willing to pay Salzburg, but he does have a release clause worth €25m.
Szobozslai, who has posted 12 goals and 18 assists this season, had also been linked with Napoli and Arsenal.
